My focus is on ensuring you are in proper alignment & doing poses safely & correctly. Slow Flow
Slow Flow is a gentle yet strengthening form of movement that focuses on the breath and the alignment of the body. It is perfect for beginners or those who are looking for a slower-paced practice, who want to strengthen, lengthen and tone. Our Slow Flow classes are designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and reduce stress. Poses are held for a range of 1-10 minutes.
